I may be a little behind the times, but Quickr is cool

The nature of my job is that I had planned to come in and continue working on my Notes 8.0.1 deployment today, but I immediately see a Change Request from a group building a SharePoint site. I knew Quickr could handle all their needs and I had 50 licenses. My Sr. Admin has been testing it with another group within IT and this was our first opportunity to go live outside of IT. So I quickly created a place and started competing with the SharePoint developer. He's weeks ahead of me but I'm trying to match every functionality. Which lead me to SNAPPS. Very cool stuff and I've learned more about Quickr in the last 4 hours then I ever imagined. Not only is it VERY easy to grasp, I think the end user is going to be very happy. Thanks SNAPPS :)

I never imagined when I stumbled into Rob at Lotusphere that it would lead to so much information that would help me in my job later. I'm glad I paid attention!!! And more importantly that I remembered it all the next day!

Well - let us know how you make out vs. the Sharepoint guy. (And you thought you were an admin!) What exactly do the business users want to do that they went for SP? I'm curious.
